We will validate your credentials before accepting you on our site. Once you are accepted, an account will be created for you either as a Problem Owner or as a Problem Solver.

You will then provide us with a description of your Problem in under your account. We will review the problem and help you, if necessary refine it.  A summary of the problem will then be shown to our Problem Solvers. Each will have a week to submit a draft proposal / solution to you for consideration. When you decide which problem solver (s) you want to engage, we will connect you on the platform with them.

We provide a project management area where you can set milestones, tasks and control all aspect of the problem solving process.



Submission forwarding occurs when you have been accepted by a Problem Owner to submit a solution. Once your submission has been forwarded to the Problem Owner, you cannot edit it. Submissions will be forwarded to the Problem Owner throughout the duration of the project, so please be sure to upload only a finished proposal.

Once your submission has been forwarded to the Problem Owner, you can only  submit an updated version of your proposal as a new submission. If you submit an updated version of your proposal, please clearly indicate the new items and/or edits compared to your previous submission. This will allow the Problem Owner to quickly find the new information and determine how it improves your submission.
